The Snoopy Fun Day which was held on Saturday 13 May was not as well attended as in the past
but those that came seemed to enjoy themselves and comments were all favourable.

The afternoon started with some hints on training given by Pam Murphy with "Plugger" and an Obedience Demonstration by Cecily Gwynne with "Ebony". Then Bev James gave a talk on Health Issues, general care and feeding followed by a grooming demonstration given by Leanne Coffey (with a little help from "Sandy"). John New then chatted to everyone about the Sniffing Around Sydney Walks and Gwenda Golding gave a rundown on the Club's Rescue and Rehoming Scheme. At the end of the talks there was a chance to have your beagle's height measured by Don James - there was quite a line-up to have this done!

The games were organised by Sue Bownds and were very hotly contested! The day concluded with a wonderful entry of Fancy Dressed beagles and it was a very difficult decision to decide the eventual winners.

Thanks to our photographer on the day- Ross Reid!
